T1 Deal Volumes Down From 2025 Record High, While Deal Values Remain Strong

The first tertial of 2026, “T1”, saw a normalisation of deal volumes compared to 2025’s record-breaking start. However, estimated deal values have held steady at c. £850.0m (just a 2.3% decline on the prior year), indicating that average deal sizes have increased.”
