UK Food & Beverage Sector: Brexit takes its toll on M&A activity

The Oghma Partners UK Food & Beverage Sector M&A Review for the third tertial of 2017 has now been released!

Overall deal volume for 2017 was down from the record levels seen in 2016. However, there was an uptick in overseas buyers, perhaps taking advantage of the lower level of sterling.
