UK Food & Beverage Sector M&A Review: T3 2018

Nomad Foods consolidation of the European frozen food market continued in 2018. In January the company acquired the Goodfella’s pizza brand from 2 Sisters Food Group. They followed this up in June by acquiring Aunt Bessie’s frozen Yorkshire pudding business from William Jackson Food Group.
